Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, but are usually processed and shipped sooner.. This window excludes weekends and holidays.
If we cannot fulfill your order in its entirety due to defective product, overwhelming demand, or any other unforeseeable event, we will refund you for items not shipped. Orders may be shipped separately or in multiple shipments, depending on which of our warehouses they are shipping from. Sorry, we are no longer doing back orders. If an error in inventory has been made and an item you purchased is out of stock, the cost of that item will be refunded to you during order processing.
Every item is inspected for quality to ensure everything is intact and will not fall off during its journey from our distribution center to you.

Returns
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, and we take great care and steps involving the packaging of your selections, using good amounts of bubble wraps, cushion and support to ensure your items are received in the order that they leave our warehouse. However, we acknowledge human error and that occasionally, mistakes may happen. When your items are damaged en-route, we will assume full responsibility and give you either a full store credit, product replacement, or full refund minus shipping.

Contact us for a Return Authorization within 7 days of tracking status shown as delivered. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and within 7 days, you will receive a return label with instructions to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and issue you a full refund, minus shipping or replacement.
In the case of an item or purchase being unwanted or something different from what you've expected, you can send it back, unopened and unused, with the return label we will send you after return authorization, and we will issue you a full refund, minus shipping or product replacement.
